Returns & Exchanges
All sales are final. No purchases will be refunded unless the product proves to be defective. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with any item, you may return it for store credit. A 25% re-stocking fee may be assessed at the time the product or products are returned. Manuals are non-refundable.
Warranties
All products come with manufacturer warranties. Specific manufacturer warranty information is included in the product descriptions. Additional warranties may be purchased. Please call 1-800-742-4909 for additional warranties.
Defective Merchandise
In the unlikely event that one of our products is defective, KahnTact USA will refund our customers for the full amount of their purchase or provide a replacement product at no additional charge.
Payment
KahnTact USA accepts VISA, Master Card, Discover, and American Express. Hospital Purchase Orders and Government Purchase Orders are accepted only on special occasions (approved credit, large orders, etc.) at our sole discretion. If purchase orders are your preferred method of payment, please call 1-800-742-4909 for arrangements.
Shipping
KahnTact USA ships via the Federal Express Service, which delivers shipments anywhere in the United States usually within 2-5 days at low rates. Unless specified, shipping charges are added to each order based on the specific order. For most machines and supplies, shipping rates will be displayed after the time of checkout. A service Representative will call before your credit card is charged and inform you about the shipping rate.
Next Day Air and 2nd Day Air shipments are available at an additional charge. If this option is desired, you must call 1-800-742-4909 prior to purchasing any products. Orders received by 2:00 Central Time are usually shipped the same day.
If you require delivery by a certain date, please e-mail us at sales@kahntactusa.com or call 1-800-742-4909 with your order number and the date your order is needed and we will make every effort to accommodate your request.
International orders are welcome! We can ship your order via USPS or DHL International, but you must call 1-800-742-4909 prior to purchasing any products. Keep in mind that we are not responsible for delays resulting from local customs clearance procedures. This is beyond our control.
Confidentiality Policy
All information gathered is for KahnTact USA internal use only. Our customer lists are private; and they will never be rented or sold. We will remove your name and information from our records upon request. Our shopping cart uses a secure ordering system to protect your credit card numbers and other personal information.
